Every dot is a city with dishes of its own. Luzon eats braises and dawn street food; the Visayas run on charcoal and the sea; Mindanao cooks with coconut, chili and spices you will not find up north.
Tap a dot or enter by region: every dish has a full card with ingredients, steps and why people eat it here.
Cities with dish cards
No rush: one country completed end to end before the next one starts. If it is not listed, we cannot tell it well yet.
In the queue: Mexico, Japan, Thailand, Peru, India, Italy, Indonesia, Morocco… Write us to vote for the next one.
Every card is written by hand and checked against the dish's Wikipedia article and reference recipes. Calories are ranges estimated from the typical recipe (reference: USDA FoodData Central and official food composition tables) and we always say which serving they refer to. Where there is no verified photo of the dish, there is no photo: we do not replace a real dish with a made-up image.
Fruit seasons come from the Philippine Department of Agriculture calendars and local industry (checked 2026-10-02). See something wrong? Write us and we will fix it: we use this guide too.
